The check-in process was smooth and efficient. i appreciated the complimentary coffee offered while i waited. the team accommodated my request for an early check-in. I was very grateful after a long flight.
the gym lacked some essential equipment. i would have liked to see a wider selection of weight machines.

the hotel featured a well kept sauna and a relaxing pool. the spa services were available, however i did not use them. there was also a small, but functional gym on the premises.

The room was clean upon arrival which i appreciated.
The staff seemed uninterested in helping me. i needed extra towels one day, but no one brought them despite my asking twice. the minibar was also empty, disappointing. I expected some basic refreshments for the price i paid.

the staff was friendly and cute. they were accommodating and proactive (i appreciated this very much).
the ventilation fan in the bathroom didn't work, and i contacted the front desk twice, but i didn't receive any corrective actions or follow-up. the mirror was dripping after a quick shower, and the hallway mirror fogged up.

i found the staff quite accommodating. they readily arranged transportation to both the airport and train stations. my room featured an extra bed, fully set up before my arrival. the bathroom was also super clean and well maintained (which i always appreciate).
the hotel gym facilities were not as upscale as i expected.

The hotel's location made city exploration simple. the wifi was fast. I used it for work without issue.
The ventilation in the bathroom didn't work, moisture dripped. the shower glass had a large opening. I kept kicking my toes.
